Puppy Application

If you are interested in a LuvStruck puppy please fill out the application below and submit it. If you have any questions prior please contact us, using the contact information on our Contact Us page!

We will review your application and contact you in regards to what we have available that will fit your home and needs. If we don't have any puppies currently available we will contact you and put you on a waiting list if you so desire. We do not take deposits for our waiting lists.

A holding fee may be required once we have a puppy to offer you.

 

Our current pets run $3500, male or female, on AKC limited registration on a strict spay/neuter agreeement with a 3 year health guarantee.
